In Physics, derivations are arguably more important than solving lots of exam physics problems for the deep understanding of the subject and preparing for university physics work, postgraduate work and beyond.
In this video we derive an amazing equation from Fluid Mechanics/Fluid Dynamics, the Bernoulli Equation (Principle), that is used to explain how lift is generated on airfoils, how water flows and many other amazing applications in physics, applied mathematics, engineering - including mechanical and aerospace engineering.
This derivation is also applicable to physics olympiad preparation including preparation for the IpHo and national physics olympiads and it is also on the JEE Advanced Specification.
It can also be used as a challenge for courses in further mathematics and a level physics.
