Welcome back to Phobia, an Ultra Hardcore group that exposes its players to a new fear each season. In UHC, health does not regenerate normally, and players must instead use golden apples or health potions to heal. The last player or team standing wins.

For S23, we're facing the fallout with Radiophobia! In squads of 3, our plucky explorers must cross a world scattered with derelict cities full of loot and danger. After the bombs drop, the surface will slowly begin to irradiate everyone. It'll slowly poison you & give many unusual and cryptic effects that make it hard to measure. Make sure you pack some medicine!
