Meet another East Tennessee Sheriff Billy Breeding. Union County Tennessee. In this video, in my opinion, he's threatening a local reporter for posting public records regarding him and the Emergency 911 center. I commented on this video, and he blocked me and others who wish to speak up.



This video contains the public records that the Union County News obtained. I think this reporter must have hit a nerve.
