Is the ROLEX x SUPREME Collaboration Really Happening
“Hopefully not.” “Cringe.” “Somebody gotta stop it.!” These are just some of the comments that we’ve read on Supreme DROPS, the popular Instagram site dedicated to sharing the latest news on Supreme New York after a rumour began that they’d be collaborating with Rolex this winter. And as you can probablty imagine, upon seeing their mockup, the world was thrown into a frenzy! Why? Rolex isn’t one to collaborate with anyone! Even if they would, the mockup design does not give us any bit of hope that this collaboration would be good. Hence the bad comments. In fact, many members of the watch community don’t want that design to see the light of day! What’s even crazier is the fact that neither Supreme nor Rolex has made any comments since that post dropped. So it makes us wonder…is this really happening?
