Will This Buff Make Perma Charge Relevant??? - Bloons TD 6

Perma charge and bio boomer got a sneaky little buff this update. To me it seems that the perma charge just got a slightly needed damage buff but the bio boomer is the real winner getting a super powerful early game which might be used a bit in chimps mode now.
