The Dappled Forest has arrived, and after spending time exploring everything it has to offer, I think this update deserves far more attention than it's getting!
Minecraft chase the skies newest biome, the Dappled Forest, could become one of the biggest building updates ever, with stunning Poplar wood, beautiful new block palettes and creative building possibilities that every Minecraft builder should see.
In this video, with Avomance, we'll explore the brand new Dappled Forest biome, take a close look at every new Poplar block, compare the different wood variants, experiment with build palettes and discover how these new blocks combine with existing Minecraft blocks to create some incredible colour combinations. Whether you're building survival bases, fantasy villages, medieval towns, modern houses or simply looking for fresh inspiration, these new blocks have a huge amount of creative potential.
I'll also share some of my favourite block combinations, discuss where the new Poplar wood really shines, and explain why I think this biome could quietly become one of the best updates for Minecraft builders in years.
