The original Lion King is 30 years old! Wow. And yet somehow, it is still relevant. Breaking records back in the 1990s, and breaking records in the 2010s, it's clear the Lion King as a franchise has quite the interesting history. An underdog story, turned top dog story. But with Disney doing their Disney thing, and clearly making a lot of profit from it.
