Let us not forget that we can't simply send a picture to LE and expect them to give their time to it. I can only imagine out of 38,000+ tips how many were actually just pictures with no other reasoning or information to go along with the tip. Thousands of midwestern guys look and dress like bridge guy. You could make a case for a lot of men based solely on a picture. You must have more to the story than just a picture.
