However, something has happened that leaves them in very....different places. The whole video is about them trying to reconnect, but they are unable to see or understand each other. In addition, they must deal with their own struggles- Rin is a swimmer who overworks himself in order to forget about Mirai. Mirai is stuck in the afterlife and fights the monsters that a stalker controls and threatens Rin with in his world. She helps Rin overcome his obstacles and he returns to being a prestigious swimmer. It is then revealed that Mirai committed suicide several months ago, and her spirit has been protecting and trying to reach Rin. In the end, Rin comes to terms with her death.")

So this will be my last AMV for a little while since Im working now and its going to take up a good part of my time.
But I just HAD to edit this anime when it finished because.....wow ; ; easily one of the best and the most underrated series of this season. I dont really watch much anime but this one is just SO GOOD and the storyline is so relatable and fantastic. Note: there ARE spoilers for the end of this show, so if you would rather watch the anime first and then come back to this video, feel free to do so c:
I focused on the main storyline in this anime (there are a lot of sub-plots too with different characters) because Chiyuki is just SUCH a relatable person for me. I really love her character and found her so down-to-earth and enjoyable. She isnt some exaggerated anime character with a crazy personality- shes a normal person, and that was really refreshing.
BY THE WAY this anime is by the same people who made Death Note, SO YOU GUYS SHOULD WATCH IT!!! And you all should watch it for other reasons like BEAUTIFUL art, fantastic plot, amazing character development of Chiyuki and Decim, and a psychological perspective that really makes you think about your own life and what or who is important to you. If you just want boobs and random fight scenes then this show is NOT for you (tho Ive had my fair share of that too LOL -stares at Samurai Girls and Blade & Soul -) but if you want something a little richer, then this is perfect.

- About the anime: Zetsuen no Tempest has some of the best characters ever. Everyone grows in different ways throughout the series, but you get to see the POV of each person (and you become attached to them all too ofc ;w;). The action is great, the art is great, the plot keeps you guessing but doesnt go in circles....its a well-written anime and I really really enjoyed it.....and tbh I havent enjoyed much anime lately. xD SO ALL OF YOU, GO WATCH IT :3

Just a little video Ive been working on for like a monthhh. It got put off for a while because I moved from my apartment in another city back to my hometown while I hopefully change doctoral programs. And then I was on a road trip with my boyfriend for a week-ishh, and now I have some interviews coming up for other doctoral programs XD busy timesss. Anyways, just trying to get back into editing videos! This is kinda a warm-up video for me. I really only edit for IS now because I dont have much time/inspiration anymore. :c
ANYWAYS this anime is pretty good, but the reason I really like it is because of Obiiiiiii ; ; He is so awesome! And his feelings for Shirayuki and Zen are so pure and precious ugh. He loves Shirayuki so much, but he has to deny his feelings for her so that she and Zen can be happy anddd he always protects both of them (especially her) UGH ITS SO MUCH HEARTBREAK UGHHHH DX Also his fight scenes make the anime wayyy better. This is just a little two-day edit since I just found out that Aly and AJ still make music WHAT???? LOL it triggered my nostalgia, so this was the result XD
I really like characters like Kurumi from KnT, Ami from Toradora, Megumi from Say ILU, Akane from Kuzu no Honkai, etc....basically unlikeable female antagonists xD But they usually end up being some of the most complex characters in their shows. They also go through the most growth tbh. These girls need more love!!
The point of this video is to show that friendship is just as important as romantic relationships, which I think really gets overlooked in...everywhere lol. Its nice to see supportive friendships in anime, especially with character growth added...ahh so lovely ;w;
