Is the $10,000 Sun Home Saunas Eclipse actually worth buying? In this review, I test its temperature accuracy and ultra-low-EMF claim, explain how infrared heat and red light therapy work, and compare it with my traditional sauna.

The Sun Home Eclipse is a premium indoor sauna that combines full-spectrum infrared heating with dedicated red and near-infrared light panels. After using both types of saunas, I found the Eclipse more convenient and comfortable—but that doesn’t make it the right choice for everyone.
The short answer: the Eclipse makes the most sense for frequent users who want full-spectrum infrared heat and serious red light hardware in one premium system. If you simply want an affordable way to sweat, there are much cheaper options.
