Microsoft Japan has already tested this business model in 2019 and achieved a 40 percent increase in productivity. Other companies have also seen positive benefits from the four day work week with reduced stress levels and more satisfaction among their employees.
At Blackboat, we have a flexible work model where we can decide for ourselves how we want to manage our time. To make this work, it is important to set deadlines and not put off tasks.
