Should you avoid saturated fat and is it unhealthy? It turns out quality science doesn't support the general recommendation that we should all avoid eating saturated fat. A new study demonstrates the low-quality science surrounding eating saturated fat and the risk of heart disease or death. And trying to take population-based data and decide what it means to you as an individual is fraught with errors. Here's our analysis of the new study and how to decide if it may apply to you.
