Perimenopause can be TOUGH in a lot of ways, including on the skin. Acne, rosacea, fine lines, loss of firmness – almost overnight! When my skin got worse, I WISH I had known that perimenopause was behind it. This video discusses how to mentally and practically deal with the changes, or at least how I have been dealing with them. Because perimenopause is a state of change, I am sure that my skincare will also adapt over time. But this has what's been helping me so far.

♡ About the channel:
How does one develop a sense of style? And how can we do it sustainably – both financially and environmentally? By enjoying and creatively using what we already have. By streamlining those things with thoughtful declutters. By developing awareness of how we use our stuff to encourage wiser decisions about the cosmetics, clothing and any other items we purchase. Sounds simple, but it's easier said than done. I've certainly been stumbling my way through it – let's stumble in style together!

![I Thought They Were My Friends. They Were Just Selling Me Lipstick.
What happens when beauty influencers blur the line between community and consumerism? In this video, I share the moment I realized my social media feed was reshaping how I think, feel, and shop — and how I took back control.
