Is Minato ACTUALLY Faster Than The Flash?

What’s going on learners, my name is Tylearned and after doing some scrolling thru twitter, I discovered probably the most one sided stomp I’ve seen since Ben 10 vs Goku. After not only analyzing the Minato Glazers but also the flash down players, I’ve decided to look into this topic with the most rose tinted glasses I could find. What I mean by this expression is that, I’m going to be seeing the most wanked arguments for Minato, while also taking into consideration a lowballed version of flash, and determine why this fight shouldn’t even be real, and Naruto fans should probably pick up a comic or two. Now I think to put into perspective how ridiculous this fight is, I’m gonna first go over their normal stats, and then we can indulge in the meme arguments, and why it doesn’t matter. The main debate here is to determine who’s faster, as I think everyone could probably agree that Flash would be way physically superior to Minato. Minato at his peak, is able to seal away Bijuu Bombs and fight beings that can apparently turn the world into ash. But this is so insignificant in comparison to what the Flash can casually do. As he moves at the speed of light, his punches are compared to white dwarf stars. And he’s at worst scaling relative to other justice league members or villains, who are saving or threatening the entire multiverse. Barry and Wally one time decided to race at one point and it got so bad that not even the justice league could stop them, and even after Professor Zoom got amped and solo’d the league, and these 2 were the ones who ended up bringing him down. Showing that at the very worst, flash is pretty much a top tier in the league. Whether it’s Wally or Barry you want to use it honestly is irrelevant, he should be atleast cracking the top 3 strongest, up there with Wonder Woman and Superman. In terms of attack potency it’s hilariously one sided, even if you wanted to say the 10 tails was universal or Kaguya can destroy space times, it means NOTHING cause Minato doesn’t scale to either or. Attack Potency is clearly not a factor here, so we can move to the actual relevant topic of discussion, that being speed. As you may know, the flash mainly gets his speed from a power source , also known as the speed force. The speed force is a power source that exists beyond the dc multiverse but below the sphere of gods. This would mean infinite timelines, or even concepts like time and space would be below the Speed Force, which all Flashes are able to channel. Whenever the situation calls for it, The Flash can access the full power of the speed force, allowing them to perform some pretty ridiculous feats. This is what allows him to do things like move throughout time, or even reset entire timelines, which baseline would give him immeasurable speed. However, this is kind of a lowball for the flash considering that we just went over the speed force being beyond time and space, which would give him irrelevant speed or the highest speed tier a character could reach. Now I’ve seen on Twitter that this scan for some reason is an outlier and how it’s really inconsistent…. Which idk why. And of course an old death battle blogger said this BUT The Flash can think at light speed more than likely when he’s performing at top notch. He’d have to be thinking faster logically if he’s harnessing the speed force or else he wouldn’t be able to anticipate what he’s doing or be able to do really anything because he can’t think before he acts. The Flash more than likely is NOT thinking at light speed all the time, just when he needs to or when he’s locked in. Idk how this panel broke the minds of so many twitter users but it’s really not that serious. I’ve even tried seeing people say it’s not consistent for DC Characters to be light speed, which is hilarious, considering there’s an actual case to be made for Naruto characters not reaching light speed either, and it’s probably more consistent. The Raikage gets compared to light with the best translation being “almost as fast” as light. Yes Minato speed blitzes him to such a ridiculous level, but the very foundation of the scaling is shaky and way less consistent than DC. Which is why throughout the 3rd great ninja war he was looked at as a demon, he literally was just teleporting to different areas constantly, and bringing down entire nations. And the reason at this point it says he’s transcending space and time is because he’s able to figure out how Kamui works, a Jutsu that sends you to a separate space time or dimension. Minato after one instance of Obito catching him lacking was able to determine how the Jutsu worked, and proceeded to not let it affect him, thus giving the whole “transcending time and space”.
