If you’re at all up to date with comedy as a genre these days, you may have noticed the popular trend in comedic media like movies, tv, certain stand-up comedians, and even some commercials, where instead of making jokes that relate to the characters or their situations, they seem to be more aimed at… you.
The voice of today is all about getting deep, getting under the skin of what even counts as a joke.
