When talking about Maslow's Hierarchy Of Needs, we are talking about finding self actualization. A term similar to Ikigai. If you're into Japanese culture and psychology, there is some connection between how Ikigai can also lead to self actualization. In this video, we will do a quick summary of the Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, so that you can start climbing up the pyramid. In a future video, we will talk about Ikigai, and how one's culture can affect one level of fulfillment in life.
