This is a tribute to Chester Bennington, who passed away today. I won't lie; his death hit me really hard. When I was younger, Linkin Park helped me overcome some very dark moments. Their music challenged me look for a deeper meaning in life and oftentimes forced me to step back and examine the bigger picture. LP shaped who I was artistically with video editing and writing as well as my own music. I was even able to see them perform live, which is still one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had.

We all have a band or an artist who affects our life and is a crucial part of who we are today. For me, that band is Linkin Park. I've grown up with this band, and I will never be the same without this band. Thank you for helping me find peace even though you never knew who I was. Thank you for touching my life- and so many other lives- with your music.
