I thought I knew korean barbecue, but nothing prepared me for authentic Korean BBQ. From the first bite of bulgogi to chewy japchae noodles, tender galbi short ribs, a crispy seafood pancake, and finally a massive Korean BBQ feast with pork belly, picanha, and all the banchan, this experience showed me the real flavors, tradition, and culture behind Korean food - and it completely blew my mind.
