19 year old Jay Slater from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, UK has been missing since Monday morning of this week after leaving the NRG Festival on the island of Tenerife with two men. The two men allegedly have spoken to Spanish police before leaving Tenerife to return to the UK. Jay's phone last pinged in the Masca area, up in the mountains, about 30 miles north of where he was staying with his friends in Los Cristianos. Cops and search & rescue teams searched the area for 2 weeks before quitting the area. Jay's family have been out searching the Barranco Juan Lopez trail together with local volunteers, while they believe Jay has met with foul play. Investigator, Mark Williams-Thomas, the Mail Online, and the Daily Express have all been digging into the dark, established network of violence and criminal dealings in Tenerife. Did Jay get himself wrapped up in something he because scared of and is he now hiding? That's one theory out there worth considering...
