Talking in your sleep can be a difficult problem for you and anyone else who happens to be sleeping within earshot. "Somniloquy", as it's known medically, is usually not a chronic or dangerous condition, though some of my patients have said some "interesting" things in the middle of the night, so be careful! #shorts
