"Is it too late to invest in real estate?" I get this question a lot on this channel, especially with all the noise on Youtube about "market crashes" and other sensational topics. It is not too late to begin investing. The short answer is it is not too late to begin investing! Ask yourself a couple of questions; 1) Do you have the funds to begin investing? 2) Have you spent time educating yourself on real estate investing? and 3) What does the potential growth look like of your city or area you wish to invest in? Analyze your deals, and if it works buy it!
A book I would suggest checking out is "The Most Important Thing" by Howard Marks, where he talks about making the best decisions with the current information we have on hand.
