jackofallspades98 | Is It Possible #11 @jackofallspades98 | Uploaded 9 years ago | Updated 1 hour ago
I haven't done an Is It Possible video in a while, and I thought now would be a great time to bring it back. I had this idea of an autolift with a track segment at the top, but then I wondered if I could make it harder. So, I decided to make the top track segment rotate. In two directions. And after 56 fails, I finally got it to work. The hardest part about this machine was keeping the train on its tracks. The wheels are coated with rubber, so the train often grips the guardrail and falls off, especially on the sharp turns. Luckily, I had only one fail where the train fell off on the part where it turns around. This is also my first machine where I had to use two different tables. I would have only needed one, but it is not possible to make a loop out of train track that connects back to the splitting piece any smaller than the one I made. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video, and I hope you are impressed. I put three days of work into this one!

Still waiting for my new intro. We ran into some technical difficulties, so my new intro might look a little different from the old one. Nevertheless, I am so excited to see the final outcome!
Upcoming Videos:
1) Tutorial #4: Turning on a K'nex Motor
2) Rube Goldberg Machine #14: Super Bowl XLIX
I am going to try replacing the monthly card tricks with monthly tutorials. So, here is my new description ender:
Remember, tutorials on the first Saturday of every month, and Rube Goldberg machines whenever I get around to making them. I try to average about 3 videos a month.
