Y'all. I haven't painted in this Bible since April 1st, 2018. So today we're doing it!
I had someone comment recently that they appreciated I don't paint in my Bible...and well, here we are. 😜
I've wrestled with this one myself. I asked The Lord about it, and my conscience is clean. Yours might be different, and that's ok. Be kind in the comments, pretty please.
In this video I walk you through how I do watercolor Bible journaling without losing the words on the page. We mask off the verse, audition colors, plop a granulating wash, lift the mask for that crispy reveal, and finish with a little indigo and gold splatter. The verse is Isaiah 2:3 and it has been blowing my noodle. So I'm dwelling there...
