I've got a single malt scotch whisky from the Kilchoman distillery on Islay today. This is the famous Loch Gorm. It's an annual bottling that offers up intense peat and sherry. This year is the first time we've seen it with a 10 year age statement. I'll taste it and give you my thoughts. Cheers!
