Why do motorcycle companies insist that dealers have to agree to expensive and unrealistic corporate identity standards just ro sell they bikes?
They should be great full that there are teams of people out there that work hard to survive and move more of their products into the marketplace ,giving registrations and future service and parts sales, as well as merchandise from whichever manufacturer you sell.
Harley davidson seem to be on a self destruction mission because of their policies causing dealers to give up their franchise due to the cost of premises upgrades.
But it seams even volume brands are expecting dealers to drop everything to maintain their brand where as in actual fact the car market shows that used sales sites are a lot more profitable.
