I watched Game of Thrones so I would know what the Hell people were talking about. Seriously, if you've never seen it and you overhear people talking about it, it's like they are speaking some weird language.
To sum it up: Tyrion Lannister is a dwarf, and he's funny as Hell. Arya Stark is the chick out of Leon. Sean Bean survives only a little longer than he did in those Hobbit movies. Daenarys Targaryen is annoying and whines constantly, but lesbians really like her for some reason. Joffrey Baratheon is a delightfully evil little douche and is actually the offspring of Jamie and Cersei Lannister who happen to be twins. (Yep: It's like THAT!) Petyr Baelish, also known as littlefinger owns brothels and is a scheming creep who might or might not have a moustache - I don't remember. But I'm assuming, since his fingers seem normal-sized that he has a tiny weiner. Charles Dance plays Charles Dance as only Charles Dance can, and everybody else is having sex with everybody else except the dragons. There are some nice chicks who get naked most weeks, but nothing below the waist. Unfortunately, there IS some below the waist action among the guys. There are also no proper lesbian scenes, unless you count what amounts to more of a training exercise between two prostitutes. But there is some guy-on-guy action, I'm afraid. Hopefully, season 4 will see more women finding each others beds.
Pretty much: If they're not wearing armor, they're probably female. If their accent sounds like they went to drama school in an over-privileged area, they are high-born. Of the remaining women, those that aren't covered in mud are prostitutes.
