To get the Galaxy skin + 15,000 V-bucks, this is what I did:
To get the Skin, login Fortnite on a Galaxy Note 9 and play 3 games. Within 48 hrs, you should receive the skin from Epic. Epic Games controls the delivery of the Galaxy Skin itself.
To get the V-Bucks, you need to know where you ordered it from.
If you ordered it from Samsung.com, just register your device on your Samsung Account and wait for the email to come through for a few days. If you don't get an email, call Samsung Premium support and see what they say.
If you bought the device through a 3rd party store, you will need to login to the Shop Samsung app and go to your inbox and fill out the promotional offer. Then you will need to wait for approval from Samsung.
That's all the advice I can give for now since that's what the Samsung promotional rep said to do.
