Del Taco is known for having pretty good food. Their Grilled Chicken Taco (available in hard shell or soft) is one of the reasons people love this place. The chicken is solid but the star of this taco is their Secret Sauce! It works perfectly with the rest of the ingredients and add some of their Del Scorcho or Del Inferno sauce and you have a little piece of heaven in your hands. Make one for yourself and see what I mean. Enjoy!
Del Taco Secret Sauce Recipe (best guestimation)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Buttermilk
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of sugar
Stir, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour before use. Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3-4 days
