After a 100 mph motorcycle crash, Coach Pat Ivey was in the hospital recovering when he later saw his helmet - barely a scratch.
In the chaos of the crash, he was able to keep his head off the ground on impact. Pat credits his neck strength - built through consistent training with Iron Neck - for helping him stabilize and absorb force in a moment where the outcome could have been very different.
This is what neck training is really about - not just performance, but protection when it matters most.
