Sharon Dalton is currently Series Producing an entertainment show for the state broadcaster in Ireland called 'Ireland's Fittest Family'.  Since its creation Sharon has worked on the show for 9 years and it has gone from strength to strength reaching up to 40% of the audience share and becoming a national TV favourite.
