"Úirchill an Chreagáin" is a song based on the poem of the same name by Irish poet Art Mac Cumhaidh (1738-1773), an 18th century poet from Oriel (southeast Ulster). It's a great example of the 'vision' or 'aisling' genre of songs and poetry which were very popular in the Irish/Gaelic oral tradition.
