This is video of a little known TV channel 4 at Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.
It operated for just over a week from 29 December 1982 until 7th January 1983 at Collingwood Park, Redbank as part of the 13th Australian Jamboree to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Scouts of Australia.
Twenty countries were involved.
It was only low power but could be received in nearby suburbs.
Not sure if it was in colour, as my portable TV was only black and white.
The commentary at the start is part of the broadcast.
