About the Speaker
Paul Sochor received a Bachelors and Masters degree from RWTH Aachen University in Germany and a Ph.D. degree from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan, all in electrical engineering. Since 2017, he has been working with Infineon Technologies working as an engineer in various areas such as silicon carbide technology and device development, power device characterization and modeling, circuit simulation, and simulation software development.
