This is an overview of how to use IPC hammer to test GM instrument clusters, do Mileage correction, and set transmission temp. I am using IPC hammer 15.8 in this video. IPC hammer can be used to program the Microcontroller flash, program the milage on the eeprom and set the 58, 59 bytes on eeprom.
