Barrel has been updated for iOS 7, it is free if you previously purchased it...otherwise it is $2.99 for first time buyers. Barrel is a cydia tweak that allows you to change the transitions when you flip from page-to-page on your springboard.

See below for a synopsis of the available transitions:
Cube (inside)- A 3D cube-looking animation that looks like your inside a cube.
Cube (outside)-A 3D cube-looking animation that looks like your outside of a cube.
Page Slide Down-The icons seem to slide in a diagonal way down.
Page Slide Up-The icons seem to slide in a diagonal way up.
Curl and Roll Away-The icons roll up into a circle and roll away while the other icons in the next page roll into the current page.
Curl and Roll Away Alternate- An alternate version of Curl and Roll Away
Vertical Scrolling-When you slide the page, the icons go up or down.
Page Fade-This animation actually fades the icons and morphes into the new ones.
Stairs (down right)-A birds-eye view of going down stairs to the right.
Stairs (down left)-A birds-eye view of going down stairs to the left.
Page Squeeze-The icons squeeze together while going to the left or right (depending on if your sliding your finger left or right).
Icon Collection-The icons collect into one.
Icon Scatter-The icons spread out.
Carousel-Looks like a carousel when the bars pass you when your off it except its icons instead.
Flippy-The icons flip against each other.
Page Zoom-The icons zoom and fades away.
Pac-Man-The icons collect and form the pac-man character.
Merry-Go-Round-The icons collect that looks like a Merry-Go-Round.
Whirl-The icons spread out and go out in space.
Snake-It looks like a snake sliding in an S form.")

DefaultSBPage Cydia tweak allow you to set different page as default springboard page. When you unlock your device to the springboard, your jailbroken iPad or iPhone will go to the page you have selected in the settings extension. This Cydia tweak is $0.99 and only works when unlocking to the springboard.
Pressing the home button will still return the same page.
