Probably the only other known clip of KCAU relaying an RMT for Iowa, found on the Internet Archive (via TV Archive). ((I usually refrain from posting others material as my own, especially considering how there could be people out there who consider these recordings from the Internet Archive mine, despite the fact they are obviously not.))
Notice how the EAS ticker (that's very rarely, if ever seen at all) displays the text 'KCAU-DT HAS FORWARDED' as opposed to 'A BROADCAST OR CABLE SYSTEM HAS ISSUED'. (which could very well be the reason as to why KCAU never relays EAS bulletins. (doubt this is ever the case, but If someone from there happens to be looking at this reupload of a recording from literally 6 years ago that I never even recorded, you may need to take a look at your equipment or something.)
