Another Child Abduction Emergency/Amber Alert message for the state of Iowa, initially issued during the afternoon hours of January 30, 2024, then re-issued that evening with slightly updated information. Unlike the previous upload, there is no NWR relay.
Per usual, the video feed utilizes a decommissioned Trilithic EASyPLUS receiving audio from a local radio station (KGLI-FM) and recorded onto a blank VHS tape (although the second activation was captured directly from the unit.)
