I installed iOS 27 Developer Beta 1 on my main iPhone 17 Pro so you don't have to! In this video, I go hands-on with Apple's latest update, testing out the new Photos AI tools, live captions powered by Apple Intelligence, Wallet's new Create a Pass feature, Liquid Glass customization, camera app changes, and overall performance improvements.
But there's one big catch: the new Siri experience Apple spent so much time talking about at WWDC still isn't available. Here's what works, what doesn't, and my first impressions after spending time with the beta.
