Sol Ortega was born in Buenos Aires in 1993.
After several years of being involved with music and art in general, she started to perform at some events around her country, playing funk, hip hop, electro, funk, disco, house and techno music, which has been a real influence on her musical selection.
In 2014, music became her full time job as she had the opportunity to start working with Under Club as a resident. This led her to perform next to great artists such as Kevin Saunderson, FJAAK, Zenker Brothers, Exos, Marcelus, among others.
Since the very beginning of 2018 until now, her career only grew. She didn’t only participate in Boiler Room’s second edition in Buenos Aires next to Richie Hawtin, but she also released her very own first vinyl ‘The
Blue Club’ (Rhythm Nation, San Diego) and made it to big international venues and festivals such as Berghain, Tresor, Concrete, PAL, Kompass, Toffler Festival, MMA,etc.
Some time later, she was invited to join the “Detroit Classic Gallery” project together with E110101. A record label in which she’s constantly working combining several art disciplines and trying to include new things to the world of music.
