Invisible Barriers is a short film about the exclusion and the unseen rules that decide who gets to participate in sports.
Set in a near-future world where people are measured, judged, and turned away for reasons beyond their control, the film uses absurdity to highlight the very real barriers many people face today. What begins as a simple system quickly reveals how arbitrary rules can shape lives — and limit opportunity.
This social impact film was created in collaboration with Benefit, a non-profit working at the intersection of sports and social issues, committed to breaking down barriers and creating access to sports and exercise for people affected by poverty.
