First: Understand How investing works | What to invest into, Where to Invest and How much to invest, types of accounts (Roth,401k, and so on )
• What do I invest into?
• I invest into the S&P 500 Index Fund
• And it’s very simple to understand how they work
• Instead of buying a small fraction of ownership in one company, if they lose everything I lose
• I instead invest into multiple companies and own a small piece of each company, that way I’m more diversified across many companies
Second: Why Invest in this? What are the Risks, What are the Returns and what Does History Shows, healthy fear
• The only question that naturally should come after someone tells you what to do or what they do is why
• Because the why is the most powerful question, it tells if it makes sense or if it doesn’t make sense
• And knowing what I do, does nothing for you if you don’t know why I do it
Third: The best investment Strategy I know and Follow personally ( in and out strategy )
- The key is going to be, to control what you can control and to limit your exposure to the things you can't control
- I can't control the market going down and staying down for 30 years but I can make the right decision in my life so that won't affect me and my family
- Don’t believe the hype, use your youth to dump all your money in the market
- No use your youth to lay a foundation
