8 News Now was the first to report that an active investigation is underway into two members of the Henderson police department's top brass.
Although the allegations are still unknown, one deputy chief is on leave. On Monday, 8 News Now heard from the mayor and a police union representative. Both reiterating they can't comment on an active investigation.
