Took the old Canon FS100 video camera on a discovery hike today to a hidden stupa somewhere near Spokane, WA in the USA. Found beetles, mantid cases, and a strange orange egg sac. A steep and worthy hike where mounds of moss coat cliffs and crevices and surrounding pine trees creak in the wind. Luckily, the rainfall hit after we left. Also found a nice log that can be sanitized and used in a future enclosure.
