This is a small teaser of the upcoming soundtrack to Krin's new flash game, Invasion! Invasion is a beautiful, action-packed space shooter with some RPG elements mixed in. Check out his video demo over at krinstuios.com to see a beta build in action!
The soundtrack uses the generative music system 'Canary' to shape the music around what is going on in-game. I don't want to spill any details just yet, but the transition from subtle atmospheric music to a full-blown orchestral soundtrack is amazing!
This is an early build of the music, but it should give you a taste of the direction we're moving with the sound. Of course, no game we do is complete without epic boss music ... but you'll have to wait for the release to hear that!
