Mr.D - Falling with style | Introduction to ExpressLRS and the HappyModel 2.4GHz system @MrD | Uploaded 3 years ago | Updated 7 hours ago
In this video I take my first look at ExpressLRS and the HappyModel 2.4GHz system. I bought this system so that I could take a look at ExpressLRS and also test out some of it's features.

ExpressLRS has received a huge boost in the last few months, so what's all the fuss about, is it all it's cracked up to be, and are there any catches? Like everything, there are positives and negatives to this system. So here it is, laid out for you to decide if it's good, bad, or something you'd like to use. We take a look at the hardware and how to update the transmitter.

** Retraction **
In this video I say that ExpressLRS uses CRSF without licence. Which is true. However, I also say that they have reversed engineered it and that is it ripping off TBS. This is not true.

The parts of CRSF that are used by ExpressLRS are available freely and open source as part of code from OpenTX, BetaFlight, or iNav. I apologies and will clarify this in a future video.
