The new Model Generator (MG) framework enables engineers to efficiently organize and manage modeling extraction projects. Use the MG to import and organize DC, CV, Noise, and S-parameters data from different devices and temperatures with one click. Create and display plots to analyze the trend of key Figures of Merit vs. temperature, geometry, and bias. Create and quickly add extraction steps with your choice of Plots and Parameters to tune and optimize. Generate a report to document the accuracy of the extracted model.
