Ashton Gate Stadium has introduced a new ‘Self-Destruct’ pint cup for matchdays. The cup is designed to be recycled but unlike other plastics, if it is leaked into the environment it will turn into an earth-friendly wax within two years - leaving no toxins or microplastics.
