I'm so excited to share some big news with you all! I'm introducing a new contributor to the channel - meet Allie Christensen, a dance movement specialist. She is going to be bringing you all of the cross training and exercises to help you further your ballet technique. She is the pro from an anatomy standpoint, so this is going to be wonderful!
Let me be clear: I'm not going anywhere! I'll still be here creating all the content you love - ballet analysis, technique breakdowns, stories, and everything in between. This is about EXPANDING what we can offer you, not replacing anything.
