My rock climbing friend wanted a custom nut tool, so I designed one and machined a prototype on my Shapeoko. It was a journey fraught with pitfalls but I saw the process through to the end.
FOR THE RECORD: Superglue and tape would NOT work on the second side after the flip because theres almost zero flat surface area left at the level of the stock face. Also, I put out a video about CA Glue/Masking Tape a month before NYC CNC did. Trust me, I know about the technique... 😒
ALSO: A nut tool is NOT load bearing, so there is no safety concern about using this.
