We say NEITHER! It's not really about boasting about yourself versus being a nice humble person who does not.
Because... the truth is, it's really not about YOU. It's about your interviewer (your future employer) and ensuring that they have all the information that they need to make a good hiring decision. They need a confident, considered, and detailed description of your skills, and how you used them in the past for the benefit of other employers and clients.
